Cindy manages the EH&S Injury Prevention Division which includes the ergonomics program. She provides both individual and group training on subjects ranging from office ergonomics to back safety. As both a Certified Professional Ergonomist and Occupational Therapist, Cindy plays an important role in helping employees with musculoskeletal injuries continue or return to work.

Dave has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and is a Certified Professional Ergonomist. He assists campus departments with office and work flow design as well as equipment selection. Dave provides computer workstation evaluations, and assesses non-computer work areas such as dining, housing, custodial services and campus maintenance. He also performs group trainings in both office and industrial settings on campus.

Randy has a Master’s degree in Human Factors. His expertise includes both office and laboratory workstation design. He provides training to employees in office and other settings including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance. Randy manages the BruinErgo On-line Computer Ergonomics Program and Ergo Advocate Program.

Michelle has a Master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Industrial Hygiene. She provides consultations to departments setting up safety programs and completes computer ergonomics workstation evaluations, training and equipment assessment.
