Cindy manages the EH&S Injury Prevention Division which includes the ergonomics program. She provides both individual and group training on subjects ranging from office ergonomics to back safety. As both a Certified Professional Ergonomist and Occupational Therapist, Cindy plays an important role in helping employees with musculoskeletal injuries continue or return to work.

Randy is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) and has a Master’s degree in Human Factors. His expertise includes both office and laboratory workstation design. In addition to Managing the ergonomics program, he provides training to employees in office and other settings including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance.

Michelle has a Master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Industrial Hygiene. She provides consultations to departments setting up safety programs and completes computer ergonomics workstation evaluations, training and equipment assessment.
