The UCLA Ergonomics Program provides a variety of servicesstarthere to ALL campus employees. Complete a Service Request Form to access online training, and request on-site evaluations.

OHF and workers compensation cases must indicate their status on the form to receive priority service. All services are provided free-of-charge to UCLA departments.  

Bruin Ergo is a comprehensive web-based training course bruinergo logotavailable to all UCLA campus employees. The course is divided into three modules,

  1. Ergonomics Training
  2. Ergonomic Self-Assessment
  3. Personal Recommendation Report.

Complete module 1 and 2 before proceeding to STEP 3. 

Review and adjust your workstation based on the Personal Recommendation Report. This report is based on feedback that was provided in the Self-Assessment and is helpful with making immediate adjustments to your equipment.

Ergonomics program staff review BruinErgo training results on a regularreview basis and will contact employees to schedule an on-site evaluation. The average evaluation is a 20-30 minute in-person review of the worker at the workstation. An evaluation report will be provided to supervisors or department managers summarizing the Ergonomist findings and recommendations.
